When you submit an application, we collect:

• Contact information — your name, email, and phone number
• Vehicle interest and the name of any referring broker
• Identity and financial documents you choose to upload — driver's license, Social Security card, and/or bank statements

Document uploads are optional at the time you apply, though your broker may request them later to complete your evaluation.

Your information is used for one purpose: to let your reviewing broker evaluate your financing application and put together a deal. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not use it to train any AI or analytics product.

Only an authorized broker — someone individually added to our internal access list — can view your application or documents. There is no public link, no self-service signup for broker access, and no automated decision system that reviews your documents. A person looks at your file and makes the call.

Your documents are encrypted (AES-256) using a key that's never stored alongside the files themselves. There is no link to your documents that can be shared, forwarded, or leaked — every time one is opened, it's decrypted fresh for that person's active, logged-in session, and the system records who viewed it and when. That access log is never shown to you routinely, but it exists so there is always an accountable trail of who looked at your file.

• Uploaded documents are encrypted (AES-256) before they're ever stored — the storage system itself never holds a readable copy, only unreadable ciphertext
• Your application data and documents are walled off at the database level so that only our secure server-side systems — never a public or client-facing key — can read or write them
• No admin account can be self-created; broker accounts are added individually and manually

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers, advertisers, or any unaffiliated third party. The only sharing that happens is what's necessary to complete your transaction — for example, with the lender or financial institution that ultimately finances your vehicle, if your application moves forward with them.

We retain your information for as long as needed to evaluate and, if applicable, complete your financing transaction. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll remove it, except where we're required to keep records for legal or regulatory reasons.

You can ask us at any time what information we have on file for you, correct it, or request that it be deleted. Reach out using the contact information below.
